(NASDAQ: OSPN), the digital agreements security company, announced today its Board of Directors (the “Board”) appointed Matthew Moynahan, President and Chief Executive Officer, to the Board effective immediately following the conclusion of the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders on June 8, 2022.
